Our Practice

Kelly Winn is owner and principal at Kelly Winn and Associates, located in Orange County, California.  She holds a Masters of Science Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and Board Certified Diplomat with the American Board of Vocational Experts (ABVE). 

Kelly has served as an active Board Member of past and present professional organizations, such as the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP). 

In addition to providing vocational evaluation, consulting, and expert witness services, Kelly is also active in her local church, participating in outreach activities in Mexico and Africa on a regular basis.
