Kelly Winn is the Owner and Principal of Kelly Winn & Associates, based in Orange County, California. She holds a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling and is both a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and a Board-Certified Diplomate through the American Board of Vocational Experts (ABVE). These credentials reflect advanced training, ethical standards, and recognized expertise within the field of forensic vocational evaluation.
Ms. Winn has served as an active board member in professional organizations, including the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP), demonstrating ongoing leadership and engagement within the vocational and rehabilitation community.
In addition to providing vocational evaluation, consulting, and expert witness services, Ms. Winn remains actively involved in community outreach through her local church, participating in service initiatives in Mexico and Africa. This commitment reflects her broader dedication to service and meaningful community engagement.
Michael Martinez is a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant with 20 years of work experience in the areas of Workers’ Compensation, Family Law, Employment Law, and Personal Injury. Michael’s broad experience includes over 15 years of working as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor and Independent Vocational Evaluator, providing vocational rehabilitation services and return-to-work plan development services, under the former California Labor Code 139.5.
He completes on-site job analyses and job descriptions; initial diagnostic interviews; vocational ability, aptitude and interest testing; vocational research, transferable skills analyses; labor market surveys; and comprehensive job placement services. In addition to ongoing industry training in multiple legal venues, Michael holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of California at Davis, and is currently pursuing a Master’s of Science degree in Psychology.
Abigail Boaitey is an Associate Vocational Consultant and Vocational Evaluator. She
holds a Master in Psychology and is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC). She is on track to earn her Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). Abigail is also a student member of both the American Board of Vocational Experts (ABVE) and the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP).
As an emerging professional, Abigail’s experience demonstrates her passion for expanding her knowledge of the rehabilitation and vocational counseling fields. In addition to providing vocational evaluation and counseling, Abigail is an active and passionate community member.
